Our core service is deliberate co-working discovery and hands-on onboarding. We move slower on purpose at the start so your team can operate confidently without permanent external dependency.

Deep discovery
Extended co-working discovery with your operators and leadership: architecture review, threat-modeled data flows, staff workflow mapping, acceptance criteria, and real constraints captured in writing before build starts.

Guided onboarding
Slow, hands-on onboarding of the CLAW of your choice, plus AI-assisted coding setup in Cursor or VS Code + GitHub Copilot. We teach English as a coding language and build contextualized assistants tailored to each team's workflows.

Build with your team
Milestone delivery happens with your staff in the room. Hosted Claws or customized agents (each with a DID) are configured with Canadian presence and secured storage in isolated, low-population regions when residency is required.

Handoff & reference mode
After team training is complete, ownership transitions to your staff. We move into reference-point support: escalation help, architecture check-ins, and targeted refinements only when needed.
What to expect: this onboarding phase is intentionally intensive and collaborative. The goal is capability transfer, not vendor lock-in.
